Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
The HR Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from field technicians and other staff members.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee training sessions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
