MUST COME IN TO FILL UP AN APPLICATION, WE ARE OPEN MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5:30PM, WALK IN AND REQUEST AN APPLICATION FROM THE FRONT DESK. IF NOT BUSY, AN INTERVIEW WILL TAKE PLACE. WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY BRING IN YOUR RESUME AS WELL.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and confirming orders submitted by sales reps
- Processing and assigning orders for warehouse fulfillment
- Setting deadlines and tracking progress for orders
- Booking shipments and handling documentation
- Managing invoicing and payments for truckers
- Communicating with sales reps on pending orders
- Tracking shipped orders and ETAs
- Disputing extra charges from shipping companies
- Handling calls
-General invoicing
Office only work, no labor necessary. Will be given own desk, phone, email and all tools to complete given tasks.
Hours are 9am-5:30pm M-F and you will be staying past 5:30pm when needed, depending on when you get the completed orders back from the warehouse, sometimes up to 6:30-7:30pm on high seasons.
You will not be required to leave before 5:30pm at anytime.
Your job will be secure and safe.
$19 plus time and a half overtime
Requirements:
-English is a must / Spanish is a plus
-Must have some computer experience (excel, emails, messaging, etc.)
-Be able to work with multitasking
