Job description

Established in 2011, Luseta Beauty Inc is a fast-growing beauty product company located in Pasadena, CA. We are actively seeking for Customer Service Representative to handle our growing online and wholesale business. This position is based in our S El Monte, California fulfillment center.

Responsibilities

- Receive and process all customer orders that come through via vendor portals or EDI daily.

- Print shipping labels and all related documents from vendor portals / EDI.

- Communicate with Client Receiving teams to book & coordinate delivery appointments.

- Route shipments and ensure the orders are properly shipped to respective customers.

- Coordinate shipments with 3rd party freight forwarders/ consolidators.

- Prepare all necessary export documents as needed per customer.

- Assist customers with product and sales-related questions via phone and emails.

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information.

- Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirement:

- Detail-Oriented

- Computer (Apple MacOS) skills including high proficiency in MS Office and specifically Excel required

- Strong analytical skills related to the evaluation and interpretation of data required

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Order processing experience for chain stores & online retail

- Logistics, courier, or freight forwarding experience

- Experience with EDI system (SPS Commerce) is preferred

- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to work with minimum supervision

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
