Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and manage tenant communication in our shared retail spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent service to our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and supervise maintenance and service providers to ensure high-quality facility upkeep
-Oversee the rent collection process and maintain accurate financial records
-Enforce lease terms, handle tenant disputes, and overlook lease renewals
-Ensure all common areas and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote vacant spaces
-Conduct tours of available retail spaces for prospective tenants and answer inquiries
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficiency in Property Management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
