We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in project management and contribute to the success of our organization. (This is an inside office position, no travel or field work required)
Responsibilities:
Own project coordination and issue resolution throughout its entire lifecycle.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Quality Control, and other company departments to deliver best in industry customer service and premier product quality.
Identify improvement opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and enhance the customer experience.
Be a single point of contact for our Concierge team to provide accurate and timely project status updates to customers.
Schedule installation and repair appointments with internal and external roofing crews.
Ensure material ordering, permits, inspections, and other required project aspects are scheduled or rescheduled based on business and/or customer needs.
Optimize schedule to meet monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
Track and maintain accurate records of all installs and repair jobs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of experience in installation coordination or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Service Titan a plus.
