Position: Production Coordinator for construction company.
Location: Mission Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM, Friday 7:00AM-2:30PM.
Duties:
1. Communicating with sales reps and subcontractors.
2. Collect payment.
3. Bookkeeping.
4. Oversee projects and make sure work is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1. Must have experience with production in the construction field.
2. Must be able to speak Spanish.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Able to multitask.
6. Quickbase CRM, preferred.
Pay: $1,500 per week.
