Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and computerized
- Assist with general office tasks such as emails, web applications, photocopying & scanning
- Handle incoming phone calls
Qualifications:
-Construction & Multitasking Experience is important for this position
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
