Encino based CPA Firm is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for document scanning and management, scheduling and managing various calendars, answering phones, transferring calls and greeting guests. Will also oversee the office to make sure that supplies are ordered and that the office is organized while also assisting with other administrative and secretarial tasks.
20 hours/week with flexible start time
$20.00-$25.00/hour
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
Experience in an administrative or support role
Strong time management skills
High level attention to detail and organizational skills
