We, at Titanium Power, are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and contribute to our success.

Position Summary:

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing office activities, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting staff members. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily office activities, including scheduling, supplies management, and maintenance of office equipment.

Manage administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office policies.

Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

Support executive team members with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed.

Oversee facilities management, including office space organization, maintenance, and safety.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Know how to work with QuickBooks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Starting with $25 per hour. We need you in the office 4 times a week, Fridays are remote.
