We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team! We work in education and mental health. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Create monthly invoices – flat rate and cost
Create marketing materials using Canvas and iContact
Maintain work schedules for payroll & issue payroll
Create and maintain contact for social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, X
Keep up with city and state licenses
Understanding of contracts and MOUs
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Answer inbound telephone calls
Keep up current filing systems
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (experience on nonprofit a BIG plus)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
