Position: Office Manager for HVAC company.
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM + Sundays 2 Hours in the evening.
Duties:
1. Handle scheduling.
2. Answer phone calls.
3. Manage a team in the office.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to speak good English & Spanish.
2. Experience working in a construction/HVAC office or something similar.
3. Experience with dispatch and speaking to clients, preferred.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Able to multitask.
Pay: $1,000 per week.
