We're looking for someone who is able to start immediately. This is a demanding position and we're seeking a responsible, energetic and friendly person with the ability to multi-task. Candidate must be comfortable communicating and answering phones. Applicant will be working closely with customers, fellow office staff, and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities include processing daily mail, taking phone orders from customers, filing, and being able to multi-task. Must be comfortable answering phones and have a good phone voice. In addition, applicant must have initiative and strong follow through and be comfortable working independently when needed.

Qualifications:

-Consistent punctuality and dependability

-Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

-Must have good verbal and written communication skills

-Attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

-Exercise good judgment in maintaining information, records and reports.

-Able to operate a multi-line phone system and all other office equipment

-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

We are a small family business and we believe in training. This is a great position for someone in school who needs to supplement their income and wants to learn about business

Spanish is a plus.

This is a part time position but has the potential to turn into FULL TIME. Business Hours are Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm. Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus. Key ability is a quick learner with multi tasking abilities. $18 per hour, to start.
