A busy office located in San Dimas is seeking a full-time Office Clerk.
This is an onsite position. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerical duties.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Answer inbound telephone calls and enter customer orders.
Scanning/Coping/Filing,
Qualifications:
Responsible, reliable, honest, ethical and friendly
Highly organized
Personable. You must be able to communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and clients.
Excellent comprehension and proofreading skills.
Ability to multitask.
Must know Excel, Outlook, and Word
