Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, upbeat, and highly organized Office Clerk to join our restaurant.
Qualifications:
-Prior experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant is a big plus.
-Sorting and scanning invoices to the computer, supporting our accountant by assisting with invoices processing and expense tracking.
-Entering daily POS reports into excel sheets.
-Handle purchase orders and maintain vendor files.
-Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain Petty Cash and cash expenses.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with efficiency.
-Handle and organize new hire staff, paperwork-W2, I9.
-Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook) and other office tools such as fax/printer/scanner machines.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Responsible for ordering supplies and changes on a weekly basis.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time position (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
- This is an in-office position.
