We are a uniform company in search of a person who has a passion for customer service and has a solid understanding of Bookkeeping skills.
Prior work experience in accounting, and other CUSTOMER SERVICE fields, is preferred. Teamwork and the ability to get along well with others are important.
Responsibilities include:
1. Read, write, and speak fluent English. Bilingual (English / Spanish) A Plus.
2. Be able to multi-task and perform administrative office duties such as Answering phones, Accounts Payable, Process customer orders, and filing.
3. Type at least 50 WPM.
4. Demonstrate proficient computer skills, such as proficiency with Microsoft Word and other Web Applications.
5. Possess customer service skills, and conduct themselves in a professional manner, both in-person and on the phone.
6. Have reliable transportation to and from work, and be able to commit to 8 hours per workday/ 40-hours per week during normal business hours of 8 Am to 4:30 Pm.
7. Interact with customers to inquiries via live web chat and or phone calls.
8. Resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years sales experience.
Self-starter, and motivated to succeed.
Ethical, Honest with a strong work ethic.
Ability to plan and execute the plan.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
