Our firm is looking to hire an Office Assistant who can support to management for 40 hours per week (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
No nights, weekends, or holidays

Qualifications:
Office experience preferred
Proficient in using basic Microsoft Office software (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong verbal and written communication
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively on the phone and in emails internally and externally
Strong organizational and time management skills
Typing speed of 60wpm
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Responsibilities:
Internet research for property details
Lead distribution
Lead tracking
Update and maintain databases
Prepare agreements for sales team
Answering phones
