Job Description:
We are hiring immediately for a full-time OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position.
Schedule: Full time, Mondays - Fridays, 8:30AM-5PM
Requirement: Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional manner.
Answering emails from Clients, Vendors and Subcontractors.
Coordinating with Clients, Vendors, Subcontractors.
Data Entry on Microsoft Word/Excel.
Filling Permits.
Accomplishing Forms.
Maintain confidential personnel files.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18 - $30, based on experience.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
