Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment and supporting our team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to owners and staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Human Resources: Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee events.

Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and assist with payroll administration.

Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Facilities Management: Oversee office maintenance, including coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information, inventory lists, and financial records.

Project Support: Assist project managers with administrative tasks related to project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.

Office Organization: Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems to streamline workflow and increase productivity.

Team Coordination: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.

Qualifications:

Entrepreneurial experience is a HUGE PLUS

Previous experience in office management or administration, preferably in a fabrication or automotive environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks Desktop, Paychex Flex and other relevant software applications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
