Manhattan Beach Real Estate Firm Seeking Administrative Assistant for an immediate opening. Candidate must be energetic and eager to learn. Strong organization skills, a can-do attitude, and great communication skills are desired. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, trustworthy and hardworking person looking for a full time position in a professional but casual environment.

Requirements:

- Part-Time Hourly Position (1-5 PM) M-F

- $22 p/Hr.

- College Degree+

- Real Estate Experience +

- MS Outlook, MS Excel, Database Knowledge+

- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills, compose a business letter or email with correct punctuation and spelling

- Duties: Data entry, research, Filing, Phones

- Strong organization skills, multi-tasking, and follow through

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

- Ability to tactfully and discreetly handle highly confidential matter
