Car Pros is actively seeking an HR Assistant for our Dealerships in California.

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Manager in the areas of HR reporting, recruitment, employee file creation and maintenance, attendance, benefits administration, employee development, terminations and employee relations. You will be of service to all employees and all stores as needed.

The position is primarily based out of El Monte but you will need to travel 2-3x out of the week.

You must be okay with driving to all stores; Huntington Beach, Glendale, DTLA and every other week to Moreno Valley Kia. Mileage is reimbursed.

You must be okay with driving primarily to DTLA and Huntington Beach for the first few months for training.

Full Time: Monday - Friday 8am- 4:30pm.

This is an entry level position for someone who wants to get started in the HR field.

This position will involve the following:

. Pre Employment / Contingency Process

. On Boarding

. Process Employee Changes and Terminations

. FLMA Administration

. Recruitment

. Workers Comp

. Employee Access

. Assist with employee relations

. Run Various Reports

. 401k meetings (enrollment meetings April and October)

. Assist with scheduling employee trainings

Qualifications

PC literacy (MS Office)

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communications skills

Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality

Valid Drivers License
