PRODUCTION
- Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service function related to domestic and international order processing.
- May involved interacting with customers and sales reps regarding order status or returns.
- Accurately inputting customer orders into the company’s system, which may include order details, quantities, and shipping addresses.
- Packing and preparing orders for shipping, ensuring items are matched to the orders.
- Basic to mid knowledge of Microsoft office
- Must work well with others and be able to handle pressure
