We are a fast-paced and growing production company looking for a self-sufficient office assistant.

Customer Service Representative / Account Manager

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, who is very proactive, and a real go-getter. We want someone who will grab the ball and run with it, someone who will stay on the top of things and get them done without falling behind. We need someone who has a positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow within the organization.

We need someone who helps us in our front office. This will include (but is not limited to):

- Ensuring customer orders are processed and managed in a timely fashion; also ensures the proper processing of related paperwork according to customer specifications and company guidelines

- Assessing and understanding customer/order needs and requirements.

- Responding to customer inquiries, questions, problems and delivery schedules in a timely manner.

- Coordinating and communicating delivery requirements to ensure orders are shipped on schedule, and if a delivery delay arises, the ability to relay that information to the customer.

- Verbal, written, and e-mail communication with external customers and sales representatives.

Your experience and skills should include:

- General knowledge of machine shop or manufacturing practices is a benefit but not required. If you have never worked in a machine shop/manufacturing environment but you are willing to learn and have the desire to be taught, then, please apply.

- Position requires these skills: problem-solving, documentation, listening, phone, analyzing information, organization, and multi-tasking.

- English speaking is a must.

- Computer PC skills required.

- Ability and desire to learn and use our internal software to look up and update orders.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) also a plus.

- Pay: From $20.00 per hour
