We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support the owner of three businesses in one location: Legal Services, Real Estate, and Spa Services. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company with a positive and professional environment.
Job Duties Include:
Answering phones and assisting clients in person
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Light office administrative work across three businesses
Social Media posting and management (Knowledge is a plus)
Basic billing and payment processing
Communicating with clients and vendors
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Social Media knowledge is a plus
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to multitask and work independently
