Executive Assistant to CEO — Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment

California, Los angeles, 90001 Los angeles USA
Aplica ya

Location: Torrance, CA | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

About Us:

We’re not your average company—and definitely not your average team. Our CEO runs three fast-growing companies:

- A marketing agency helping brands grow smarter and faster

- An import & distribution business for premium baby and juvenile products

- An automotive detailing brand engineered for enthusiasts and professionals

Across all businesses, we move fast, operate lean, and obsess over results. Our team is made up of driven, sharp, and collaborative individuals who hold themselves—and each other—to a high standard, while still keeping things fun and human.

The Opportunity:

This isn’t an “assistant” role. This is the right-hand to a high-performing, high-energy, high-I, low-S CEO who’s building an empire. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who will operate as an extension of the CEO—handling critical tasks, managing internal operations, and helping run the day-to-day with confidence, clarity, and care. This isn’t a typical admin role. This is for someone ready to take ownership and grow alongside a founder who moves fast, thinks big, and expects results.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment—someone who’s energized by people, comfortable juggling competing priorities, and can communicate with clarity, warmth, and speed.

What You’ll Do:

- Own tasks that free the CEO’s time (calendar, email flow, team coordination, task management)

- Shadow and mirror the CEO in managing internal ops—know what he knows, act as a multiplier

- Communicate with both internal teams and external partners with clarity and confidence

- Keep our spreadsheets clean, team accountable, and goals in sight

- Manage up, down, and sideways—proactive > reactive

- Jump into projects, track progress, and drive results

- Know when to push, when to pause, and when to crack a joke

- Help shape and protect a high-performance, fun, growth-driven culture

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You

- Have 3+ years of professional experience supporting senior leadership or managing operations

- Are a strong communicator who can lead a meeting, write a tight summary, and navigate multiple stakeholders with ease

- Can keep up with fast-moving people and shifting priorities—you’re energized by momentum

- Are confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com and spreadsheets

- Take initiative without needing to be micromanaged

- Are comfortable in a team that communicates openly, gives direct feedback, and enjoys humor

- Want a long-term career with purpose, growth, and high standards

- Detail-obsessed but still fast; you care how things look and flow

Workplace Culture:

We are ambitious, collaborative, and goal-oriented. We value individuals who bring both drive and personality to the table—who can work hard, crack a joke, and maintain high performance under pressure. Our environment encourages transparency, fast decision-making, and mutual accountability.

Benefits:

- Competitive pay based on experience

- Room for growth across multiple businesses

- Fun, flexible, and high-energy culture

- Travel opportunities

- Paid time off and holidays

- Opportunity to work directly with a founder and leadership team invested in your long-term success
