M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Compensation: $20-$24 PER HOUR DOE

We are a busy Pest Control Company looking for a Full-Time Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to learn and grow with our company and be an integral part of our day-to-day operations.
We use an answering service now to take inbound calls, at some point the calls will come directly to the office (we will explain in an interview)
This position may lead to office manager if you show aptitude.
What we're looking for:
Reliable and Punctual
Fluent English speaker – Spanish a plus
Learn our software
Responsibilities:
Return customer phone calls, emails, taking messages and returning voice mail messages
Scheduling service calls for techs by acquiring customer information and entering it into our scheduling system
Other Administration duties as assigned
Requirement:
Computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have the ability to communicate with customers in a positive and helpful manner
Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Knowledge of the city.
