Flix FX, a design and fabrication shop in North Hollywood, is seeking a Coordinator to join our team. We are now in our 33rd year of servicing the film, experiential advertising, retail display, theme parks and live entertainment industries.
The Coordinator will have experience in a wide range of marketing, office and operational functions including communicating with clients, communicating with team members, branding, digital and social media. The Coordinator must be an organized multi-tasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Accountabilities:
Communicating regularly with clients, vendors and contractors scheduling meetings and addressing concerns.
Develop and administer the company’s project calendar.
Develop and distribute customer facing communications, including email blasts, marketing collateral and follow up.
Assist others with projects as needed.
Arrange travel for team and other office personnel as needed.
Content updates to company web pages, and social media accounts.
Required skills:
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
Process oriented – organized, methodical, capable of prioritizing.
Has a confident “figure things out” mindset with limited guidance.
Excellent articulation and communication skills.
Capable multi-tasker that doesn’t mind being interrupted.
