We are searching for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must have great customer service skills on the phone and in person and be able to multi-task, including handling front desk or answering phones as needed when receptionist is busy or out to lunch. This position requires a person to be a fast learner and someone who works well with others like a team. Job duties include organizing files, pre-billing, posting invoices, balancing the accounting in the files, assisting customers, calling insurance companies for payment among additional billing responsibilities. Experience in an Auto Collision Body Shop and knowledge of CCC1 is beneficial but we are willing to train the right candidate. RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST!
