Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Accurately input and update customer data in internal systems
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, and policies
Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role
Proficient in data entry and CRM systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent required
