Assistant to the Service Manager
Join our team at a busy HVAC home services company in Sherman Oaks! We’re looking for a motivated, organized Assistant to support our Service Manager. This role is perfect for someone who’s a people-person and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Make friendly, outbound calls to our existing customers – no cold calling required!
Assist with data entry and record-keeping to help keep our operations organized.
Learn our easy-to-use program – we’ll provide all the training you need.
