We’re a busy, respected high-end electrical company looking for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be handling a variety of clerical and administrative tasks across different departments. If you’re someone who enjoys working with others, is reliable, and has great customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Answer inbound phone calls and follow up with customers
- Help organize and maintain both new and existing filing systems
- Perform general office tasks to keep things running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
