DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with administrative tasks and create reports and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Background or interest in the entertainment industry is a plus.
