Well-established, HVAC company currently seeking a reliable, experienced Administrative Assistant to join us.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phones, taking accurate messages, and routing calls professionally
Providing friendly, responsive support to clients, vendors, and techs
Preparing invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and daily reports
Assisting with accounts receivable/payable
Maintaining the office calendar and cloud-based tracking systems
Organizing digital and paper filing systems
Qualifications
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Google Drive
Familiarity with QuickBooks, or ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (not required)
