Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This is a full-time position.
Duties as follow but not limited to:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- HR Duties
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Handle Accident Claims
- Health Benefit Admin.
- Workers Comp Admin.
- LOA's
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in team management is a plus
