We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to help streamline our operations, manage essential documentation, and support our mission-driven work. What You’ll Do:
Manage billing, documentation, and client correspondence
Organize and update menus, schedules, and operational records
Develop and optimize systems for efficiency (we love innovators!)
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Handle data tracking & reporting using Excel/Google Sheets (a must!)
