Come make an impact and join Team T!-Whittier, CA

Team T is a collective that works to support an inspiring member of the community. We are looking for someone to use your imagination and strength to help a challenged athlete reach his physical and personal goals. With this, we hope you will come and share your excitement for health and wellness with us!

T is looking for someone dependable to provide him with energetic, caring support in the water, at home, and in the community. T is an ACTIVE person with disabilities who is motivated to train and participate in triathlons. T trains in the pool three times a week—on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12 p.m. Since swimming is his favorite sport, being a strong swimmer is a necessity.

T requires someone who is comfortable with providing a high level of personal care. Personal care duties may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting and grooming. Physically supporting him to stay steady on his feet while using a gait belt is also essential. T is a 40-year-old male, weighing approximately 105 lbs. He has cerebral palsy and a seizure disorder. Personal care training can be provided.

If you are interested and have swim experience, please submit your resume. We can't wait to meet you!
