REQUIREMENTS:
This is a ministry position and it requires applicants be a committed member of the Armenian Apostolic Church, living a biblical lifestyle and able to articulate their calling to serve in the Church ministry.
The applicant MUST:
Be a member of Armenian Apostolic Church.
Have extensive knowledge about Liturgical and sacramental aspects of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
Be proficient in Armenian and English, also preferably in French and Turkish both written and oral.
Have excellent knowledge about the Armenian traditions and Armenian Apostolic Church.
Have knowledge about other churches and other religions.
Have at least two years of experience in A/V production, editing and distribution.
Have experience in documentation, content creation and photo/video/audio editing.
Be competent in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Programs including Publisher, Adobe in Design, Google Office Suite, Google Calendar, OBS Studio, Servant Keeper, and at least one Video editing and Photo editing software.
Have at least five years of office experience.
Have at least a BA in the following fields: Communication, Public/Media Relations, Literature, Arts, or Journalism.
Have at least two years of experience in A/V production and editing.
Saint Peter Armenian Apostolic Church is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Production & Media Manager for Religious Events. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the A/V production process from start to finish. This person will be responsible for all Audio and Video productions, Live streams as well as creating and posting print and online flyers.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00AM-4:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM-1:00PM
Sunday: 08:00-2:00PM
Tuesdays are off, but subject to change due to holiday or feast days.
As needed during holidays and feasts for live streaming.
Position:
This is a full time, senior level job. Our Media Production Manager for Religious Events would be the lead of communication for all existing and potential channels. The individual would be in charge of creating organizational, yet effective avenues for communicating with various different committees and organizations. Communication channels include but are not limited to: The Church and the faithful; the administration and the clergy; the organizations and the parents; our Church and our mother organization, the Western Diocese of The Armenian Church and occasionally between other religious entities. The individual will also be responsible to create, organize and maintain our upcoming A/V department. This department will be responsible of all live-streaming operations, audio and video recordings, photography, archiving, maintaining social media presence, print and online marketing.
Responsibilities & Duties:
The Production and Media Manger’s daily tasks would include:
Managing all media needs, while having immediate focus on the creation and maintenance of the A/V department.
Meeting regularly with the pastor, deacons and the choir to plan services. Also, serving as a resource to pastor and all the organizations for all technical and production needs.
Responsible for production lighting, video preparation, and operating of lighting, sound, and video systems for all events.
Providing support for all organizations in any church venue as needed including Saturday and Sunday Schools.
Designing, shooting, and editing audio and video for any media.
Creating, planning, and producing other video production shoots as needed.
Organizing and archiving media securely and effectively.
Cooperating with the pastor and the parish council to oversee the ordering and installation of all new production, audio, and media equipment throughout the church as allowed in the church budget.
Manage repairs of all production and media equipment. Will also clean, repair, deliver, reposition, and organize lighting and video equipment as needed.
Designing, and building stage designs in cooperation with Saturday and Sunday Schools as well as the Summer Camp.
Leading, training, and developing the production, lighting, sound, and video staff and volunteers.
Developing, submitting, and maintaining the annual Production budget.
Communicating any issues which are hindering the performance of duties or ideas to improve service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other than these, whenever available, the candidate can be asked to perform:
Perform office tasks, including but not limited to: Handling phone calls, scheduling accordingly, following up on Church bookings and events such as; Baptisms, Weddings, Funerals and/or other church events that would take place at our other two halls.
Create, categorize and archive confidential information including documents such as, certificates and licenses, both in Armenian and English.
The individual would be the immediate liaison between the church and the public. The individual would create, publish, and distribute church service announcements while managing upcoming events throughout our calendar. The perfect candidate has a clear understanding of the faithful needs of individuals who would need church bookings or practices.
The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of the rites, traditions, liturgical and sacramental aspects of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have the duty to create the A/V Department and maintain it. Within this department, the Media and Production Manager for Religious Events will be responsible for creating, producing and publishing A/V content in various languages (in Armenian and English and less frequently but possibly in French and Turkish), while maintaining a strong media presence over various online video and social media platforms.
Lastly, the successful candidate must be available to work on Sundays and on Holiday and Feast days, as one of the most important responsibilities include the production, editing and live-streaming of our weekly Sunday and Feast day Holy Liturgy Services.
Qualifications & Skills:
This is a full-time, senior level job.
The person should be a member of Armenian Apostolic Church.

Be responsible and careful with confidential information and documents.
Be proficient in Armenian and English, also preferably in French and Turkish both written and oral.

Previous work experience at a Church is a huge plus.
