We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Window Blind Assembly/Production Assistant, based in City of Industry CA 91745.
Work hours are from Monday through Friday: 9AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities:
1. Training will be provided; assemble window blinds according to provided instructions and diagrams.
2. Communicating with the sales team and properly manage all work orders.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
4. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to interpret assembly instructions.
2. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required; training will be provided.
3. Ability to work efficiently with safety precautions.
4. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
5. W2 required.
