We are food Facility Company located in the city of Alhambra, CA currently looking for a warehouse manager to lead and scale our day-to-day warehouse operations. Associate must have warehouse operations, preferably in the food industry and be familiar with NetSuite WMS and work with 3PLS.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
· Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.
· Implement and optimize warehouse processes using NetSuite WMS.
· Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage logistics and outbound distribution.
· Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff as the team scales.
· Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of warehouse management experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
· Experience in food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) warehousing preferred.
· Strong knowledge of NetSuite WMS or similar systems.
· Experience managing 3PL relationships and logistics operations.
· Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
