Premac Inc manufactures Hydraulic parts for the Aerospace industry. We are currently seeking a detail oriented person to fill the role as inspector. You must have experience with machined parts and have experience using the following:
Optical Comparator
Micrometers such as OD, Blade, Super Micrometer
Calipers
Height Gage
Must have good vision to inspect parts by microscope for damage, burrs, rust , FOD etc.
Must be able to read and understand part drawings
Should be able to learn technology as there will be training provided to use Roundness machine for measuring round and straightness of bores
Do to past experience, please no Sheet metal people, injection molding people etc. Machinists are welcome to apply that have knowledge measuring round parts and understand checking run-out etc.
