Job Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Project Manager with experience in electronics manufacturing and managing contract manufacturers. This role will lead core operational functions—production, inventory forecasting, vendor relationships, and new product introduction—while providing oversight of warehousing, logistics, compliance, and cost management, in close collaboration with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Oversee production schedules, CM coordination, and quality processes; resolve production issues to meet deadlines.
Inventory & Forecasting: Manage raw material and finished goods levels, reconcile inventory, and align supply with demand.
Vendor & CM Management: Handle contracts, pricing, performance, and inventory with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Partner with Engineering to launch new products into production, ensuring operational readiness.
Oversight (executed by the Ops team):
Warehousing – Ensure safe, efficient storage of materials and finished goods
Supply Chain – Guide supplier selection and delivery timelines
Quality Control – Oversee QA processes and improvements
Logistics – Monitor fulfillment and outbound shipping
Cost Management – Drive cost reduction while maintaining quality
Compliance – Ensure regulatory and safety compliance
Qualifications
7+ years in operations or supply chain (electronics or hardware preferred)
Proven experience managing contract manufacturers
Expertise in production planning, forecasting, and vendor negotiation
Proficiency in ERP systems and operational reporting
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
