Mold Setup Technician:
1st Shift- M-F 8am- 4pm
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mold Setup Technician to join our team! You will handle the setup and takedown of molds and support equipment. This role requires attention to detail and a focus on safety when operating large machinery.
Qualification:
Forklift certification and valid driver's license
Experience with large tooling equipment
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time
Multitask, ability to work on different areas, with good organizational skills
Plastic production preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred
Familiarity with assembly line processes and procedures
Job Duties:
Safely operate machinery and change molds per job orders
Troubleshoot, maintain, and make minor repairs to equipment
Operate a forklift and manage tool inventory
Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures
Complete necessary paperwork and adhere to job processes
Quality control checks
Safety - Reports unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly.
