At Mission Tile West, we’ve been a proud family-owned business since 1984, committed to excellence and craftsmanship. 20 years ago, we expanded our legacy by opening our Covina factory, where our talented production team creates stunning glazed ceramic tiles for homes and businesses.
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our manufacturing team. No experience? No problem! All we ask is for a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for working with your hands in a team setting.
What You’ll Do:
Hands-On Production: Glaze tiles, shaping beautiful products for our customers.
Kiln Operations: Load and unload tiles in our kilns (large ovens) to ensure quality and precision.
Organization & Strength: Pack tiles into boxes and handle heavy lifting with care.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Early Riser: Our production team starts at 4:00 am.
Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye to ensure every tile meets our high standards.
Work Ethic: A motivated individual ready to take pride in their work.
Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment
