Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision components, is looking for Manufacturing Associates to join their team in Chatsworth, CA. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment operating CNC machines, performing grinding and assembly tasks, and interpreting technical blueprints to ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines according to setup sheets and production requirements
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure product accuracy
Perform grinding to achieve precise measurements and tolerances
Assemble components using hand tools
Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Follow safety guidelines and quality standards at all times
Lift materials up to 40 lbs as needed
Demonstrate consistent attendance and ability to retain instructions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $17.87–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (shift times may vary)
Overtime is required
