Experience:
Mixing: Prepares ingredients based on formulas to mix for production
Cleaning: Maintains cleanliness of the work area and equipment
Safety: Follows safety procedures and wears required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Quality: Performs quality control, including testing and auditing products to ensure quality standards are met
