Electrical Assembler

Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm
$24 to $27hr depending on experience.
A small, fast-paced, growing manufacturing company is looking for a highly motivated, organized, driven and collaborative Electrical Assembler responsible for building high quality wire harnesses and soldering components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Summary: Seeking an Electronics Assembler to build all products and sub-assemblies, ensuring products are made efficiently and according to approved work orders, while maintaining strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble wire harnesses using wires, crimps, connectors and other components, following drawings.
Solder components onto PCBs using hand soldering techniques and equipment.
After assembling, inspect wire harnesses and PCBs for defects, damage, or non-conformance to specifications.
Identify and report any defects, issues or shortages with materials, tools or processes to supervisor.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any assembly issues.
Accurately and efficiently input time spent on various tasks and projects into daily time tracking system to ensure accurate billing and project management.
Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Must have IPC-620 and/or IPC-610 certification.
3 years of prior relevant experience.
J-STD-001 certification.
Exceptional skills in time management and organization.
Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
