Textile Manufacturer in Long Beach, CA seeking Customer Service Representative with minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service. Ideal candidate should be detail oriented with excellent email communication and organizational skills. Apparel Industry experience not necessary but is a plus.
Duties Include:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and phone
Handle and resolve complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Track shipments and follow up on delivery issues
Maintain clear records of customer interactions using our system
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, logistics) to resolve issues
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Contribute to ongoing improvement of customer service processes
Skills/Qualification: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in B2C setting, 2 years experience is a plus
Excellent written communication skills (grammar, tone, clarity)
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Tech-savvy with experience using email, CRM tools, and order management systems (preferably AS400).

High attention to detail
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 DOE
