Renowned Artist Seeks Assistant

I'm an internationally well know pop artist seeking an assistant with a working space available for me to work on some of my new large pieces for the purpose of getting them into museums. I can pay $20 per hour cash for helping me work on my artwork but you must have a work space available for me to work on the new pieces. I can also trade some of my pieces for the workspace you can provide. I don't need a full time assistant but do need help from time to time so you can not depend this to be your only source of income. I'll need a minimum space of at least a 2 car garage or preferably more if possible. A warehouse space could also work if you know of one that won't cost any money.
