As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing projects as a liaison between the Creative Services and Sales departments. You will create presentation materials for the sales team and manage project correspondence, documenting all details while driving projects from start to finish. You will be the hub of communication, coordinating tasks with other departments in the company. This is the job for you if you are self-initiated, you love the thrill of meeting a deadline, work independently and comfortable managing a lot of projects, spreadsheets, and schedules simultaneously. This is not a graphic design position, but you will work with the creative and sales teams to create presentations that represent the company, with the ability to contribute to collateral product designs.

Job Responsibilities:

Create sales presentations in Power Point and Acrobat for all sales representatives.

Utilize a project management system to track all project statuses and correspondence.

Process and coordinate release of product images.

Maintain organization of files on the server, following established folder structure and naming convention.

Participate in maintaining company branding standards.

Support management of Digital Asset Management (DAM) site of product images.

Create special projects for Sales and Operations departments.

Qualifications:

Minimum three years’ experience in sales support, collateral or creative asset management, business administration, account management in publishing or agency environment, sales assistant, customer service, creative or sales office or a related field.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Candidates must have excellent multi-tasking, project management and organizational skills.

Good communication skills including speaking and writing of English language with understanding of email etiquette.

Project Management Certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Teams and other MS Office Programs on Mac computer environment.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, working knowledge of Adobe design suite Photoshop and Indesign is an asset.

Graphic Design background a plus.

Visual design skills beneficial, for maintaining brand standards in all presentations, and quality and consistency in all collateral projects.

Experience in managing large amounts of data and database software, including expert attention to details.

Must be very comfortable with all aspects of file handling, including all file types (PDF, JPG, TIF, EPS etc)

To succeed in this position, you will be responsible to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a rapidly changing environment. You must have high initiative, be positive, detail oriented, be adaptive and receptive to change, work well under pressure within tight deadlines and be capable of working autonomously. The days are full, and the results are rewarding!

This position is seasonal part-time up to a maximum of 29 hours per week, weekly/monthly hours are adjusted to support business needs. For example, September to March is busier and will require more hours per week, the remaining months of the year will have fewer hours. Work hours must be completed Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm. Fully remote. Computer equipment will be provided. Candidates must be Southern California based to attend bi-monthly in-office meetings in El Segundo, CA. The hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's level of education attained, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience, among other factors.
