I am seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to help with operations & creative tasks at my studio.
Part-time: 10-15 hours to start with potential for more as projects ramp up.
Pay: $23-30 DOE
Schedule: Flexible but must be available in the morning on weekdays at least twice a week.

About the studio:
I am an oil painter living in Eagle Rock. My studio is located in Frogtown. I have a lot of plans to expand into other creative spaces this year and I need someone to help with a number of tasks ranging from creative to operational/organizational. Your day to day will never be the same. I have a breadth of art experience including Visual Effects/ Film, traditional art, many softwares, & and I'm a successful entrepreneur. I am happy to mentor and impart my knowledge to the right candidate.
Job Description:
I am looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant who can handle a variety of responsibilities in my art studio. The ideal candidate will be a critical and independent thinker, capable of managing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Photography & Videography:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of artwork, studio events, and projects.
Edit and organize media files for promotional and archival purposes.
Capable of filming quality, short videos for instagram reels
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Print photos and assist with creating scrapbooks and other personal artistic projects.
Help plan events & contact vendors when needed
Handle various errands & tasks as needed to support the studio's operations.

Studio Maintenance:
Clean and maintain the studio to ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
Organize art supplies, tools, and materials to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications:
Ability to use AI & up-to-date technologies to optimize tasks
Know when to offload tasks to my virtual assistant
Proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio.
Ability to edit photos and videos using relevant software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems.
A passion for art and creativity is a plus.
