Job Description:
We are seeking several experienced part-time event planners. Candidates should possess the ability to effectively communicate event details and processes with clients and. be able to independently plan, organize, and execute events.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in event planning, capable of independently handing the entire process from planning to execution.
Excellent communication skills to accurately understand client needs and clearly convey event plans and processes.
Familiarity with various types of events, including but not limited to corporate events, nonprofit collaborations, exhibition setups, and event planning.
Strong organizational and coordination skills to effectively communicate with internal staff and external guests, ensuring smooth event operations.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle any unforeseen situations during events.
Creative thinking to provide innovative event solutions for clients.
